Pop’s Pretzels grew out of a simple truth: a girl who has always loved pretzels. I started making them for fun, then for friends, then for anyone who wanted a little joy in edible form. Somewhere along the way, the twists got fancier, the flavors got bolder, and the whole thing turned into a tiny pretzel adventure - the kind that feels a little magical, a little mischievous, and a lot more fun than it has any right to be.

The name is a tribute to Pop, my grandpa and best friend from long ago, the kind of person who made everything feel lighter and more whimsical. He never baked a pretzel in his life, but he inspired the heart behind this whole thing. Naming it after him felt like keeping a little piece of that joy close, like sprinkling his energy into every twist.

Pop’s Pretzels is built on whimsy, warmth, and the belief that pretzels should be fun. Every creation has a little love, a little chaos, and a little Pop in it.
